Rachel Kersten

My aspirations to pursue a career in land and property development is rooted in both familial history and professional experiences to understand the foundations of successful community developments.

 

Throughout my career, I have had exposure to many facets of the land development processes including due diligence, contracts, land purchases, while building meaningful relationships with builders, lenders, and title companies. Through these opportunities, I’ve felt inspired to further enhance my knowledge by enrolling at Texas A&M University to pursue a Masters in Land and Property Development.

 

The following portfolio documents my journey through the MLPD program while providing insights into who I am professionally. It highlights the connection between academic learning while complementing my professional practice.
