Property Development

Property development requires a comprehensive understanding of the development process, from initial conceptualization and site planning through construction and project completion. I have developed the skills necessary to conduct site inventories and analyses, prepare residential site plans, establish development budgets, and create critical path schedules. Being able to understand the various phases of development, managing project timelines, and monitoring costs are essential to maintaining financial feasibility and ensuring successful project execution. This provides a foundation for effectively coordinating development milestones, anticipating potential challenges, and managing projects from initial planning through completion.
