Interests & Life Experiences
My first and foremost interests are, of course, my children and my family. Their interests become mine and we share in these life experiences together. Pursuing my Masters in my 40’s isn’t quite in line with most of my peers; however, it can set me apart by the skills I’ve nurtured through being a mom.

I'm not just a cool mom, I'm a sports mom
Being a sports mom has differentiated me from my peers by strengthening my discipline, organization, patience, and ability to remain composed under pressure. I know I have little eyes watching, learning from how I handle situations, and respond to outcomes that may not be favorable. Supporting my kids through competition has taught me leadership in an obscure way. I can encourage growth without controlling the outcome, accept the failures, and contribute positively to their own growth and development. These experiences have shaped me into someone who is dependable, resilient, and capable of balancing competing responsibilities while continuing to support others.
