Feasibility

Feasibility is a critical component of the land development process, requiring comprehensive due diligence and market analysis to evaluate the viability of proposed commercial and residential projects. Throughout the MLPD program, I've developed the skills necessary to assess market conditions, conduct environmental overviews, and identify potential development constraints. These constraints can include soil conditions, wetlands, endangered species, floodplains, and drainage requirements. This research, combined with financial underwriting and the preparation of a land book and business plan, provide a foundation for evaluating development opportunities, identifying potential risks, and making informed investment decisions.

In LDEV 687, I conducted a full feasibility analysis of a proposed marina and condominium development named Tarpon Pointe. Below are my findings.
