Systems

Throughout my career and tenure in the MLP program, I've been introduced to a few system that have helped shaped my knowledge and foundation of land development.
An AI powered operating system for Institutional Real Estate
I have played a key role in translating Accounting and Land Closing requirements into a practical DealPath operating model. My work has connected system configuration with real contract obligations, closing controls, reporting needs, document standards, and cross-functional ownership.
DealPath tracks land acquisition prospects, due diligence, contract, builder takedowns, and closings. The system maintains milestones, deadlines, assignments, reminders, and workflow statuses while link contracts and relevant recorded documents. DealPath also provides reporting to leadership and allows for visibility cross-departmentally.
Real Estate Communication platform that drives smarter decisions for agents, brokers, developers, investors, appraisers, and landowners
I have utilized Land id for many projects in the MLPD program. The system was a tool I utilized right away after identifying it's accuracy, ease of use, and reliability. It is a land-research and mapping tool that creates maps with layers of data for site analysis. It helps to analyze and visualize a property and determine next steps in the due diligence process.
Turns company knowledge into action without runaway model spend
Glean is an AI-powered work assistant and enterprise search tool. It searches cross-connected systems such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and dashboards, then answers questions in plain language to help turn information into actions and deliverables. In practice, I am able to ask "where is this information?" to "What does it mean, what is due, and what should I do next?" In my day to day, I can simply search Glean to access all of our internal systems and find solutions without having to dig further than a prompt.
